I accept CenCal, Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UMR/Oscar/Oxford, Carelon, Blue Shield, HealthNet, LA Care. If I am out of network for your plan, I can provide a superbill upon request that you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Yes. I work with women, teens, and children. With teens and children, methods are adapted to be age-appropriate, and parents are generally involved in the process.

What is expressive arts therapy?

Expressive arts therapy uses creative processes — drawing, imagery, movement, storytelling, symbolic expression — within psychotherapy to reach layers of experience that are difficult to put into words. In my practice it supports talking therapy rather than replacing it.

No. This is not about artistic talent or skill. Creative tools are simply another way of expressing and understanding experience, and they are always optional.

By externalizing relationships and dynamics, hidden loyalties and entanglements can become visible, opening space for new perspectives and inner resolution. It is offered as a distinct service, separate from psychotherapy.

What is psycho-energetic kinesiology?

Psycho-energetic kinesiology uses gentle muscle feedback as a way of listening to the body, working from the understanding that stress and unresolved experience are held not only in the mind but in the body's responses. Sessions aim to identify and release stress patterns, supporting emotional balance and self-regulation. It is a complementary, body-oriented method offered separately from psychotherapy.
