About

Hello, I'm Coco Borsche

I am a psychotherapist in Larkspur, California, working in person and online with women, teens, and children across Marin County and the San Francisco Bay Area. My practice brings together depth-oriented psychotherapy, expressive arts, and somatic awareness.

My path to this work

I became interested in psychotherapy through my own experience of struggling to find my voice and express myself fully. That experience shaped a particular sensitivity in me — for people who feel unheard, or disconnected from their own expression.

My training includes expressive arts therapy, somatic approaches, and depth-oriented psychotherapy. I bring these together in a grounded, relational way: talking therapy is at the center of our work, and creative or body-based approaches are offered gently, when they help us understand something more clearly.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about supporting you to come into clearer relationship with yourself.
