Two complementary modalities, offered separately

Alongside my psychotherapy practice in Larkspur, California, I offer two complementary modalities. These are offered as distinct services and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations is an experiential group or individual process that explores how family systems and intergenerational patterns shape our present experience. By externalizing relationships and dynamics — through representatives or symbolic placement — hidden loyalties and entanglements can become visible, opening space for new perspectives and inner resolution.

I integrate systemic awareness from this work into my broader practice, and also offer dedicated constellation sessions.

Psycho-Energetic Kinesiology

Psycho-energetic kinesiology uses gentle muscle feedback as a way of listening to the body. It works from the understanding that stress and unresolved experience are held not only in the mind but in the body's responses. Sessions aim to identify and release stress patterns, supporting emotional balance and self-regulation.

This is a complementary, body-oriented method — offered separately from psychotherapy.

My work is also informed by ritual and nature-based traditions.
